2 tablespoons = 1 fluid ounce (fl oz)

Cups to Fluid Ounces

1 cup = 8 fl oz
¾ cup = 6 fl oz
½ cup = 4 fl oz
⅓ cup = 2.7 fl oz
¼ cup = 2 fl oz

Cups to Milliliters (ml)

(Handy if you use international recipes)

1 cup = 240 ml
½ cup = 120 ml
⅓ cup = 80 ml

8 oz chocolate = 1 cup (chips or chopped)
